1.
Channels 07:04
Limitless footsteps to tread untended soil Mold possible pathways til world's end All vessels ahead entangle the trail Spreading the seeds of certainty They grow beyond surpassing me Move past Rushing channels Carve the path Flooding all others And when I've forgotten my instinct to traverse I'll dig underneath and drown with my failures Pull me from the path
2.
Earthblood 05:45
My gateway beyond now grows farther from me This river of dirt pulls me back From this pit I was forged within Raised to fall My nails too dull to dig "Further now, slip into filth. Your hide belongs to the teeth of the rat Further now, don't look ahead. Give your sight to vultures" Rid me of this poisoned blood It spills, and weakens my will to ascend Fragments of my past resonate Thickening the fog in my head. Haze remained my anchor Every single grain of dirt Cut through, replaced every void And then molded with time I've become Obsolete within every form Pain in time Dissolves through eyes With hands untouched With mind and soul entwined
3.
Mirrored sea Stare with me Return this vision Your gaze breaks me free I've been drowning Underneath this frozen sheet Numbing embrace I've solidified every hindrance Blood and sand Filling my dead quivering lungs. Center in vacuum With blistering hands I touch Cracks in the ceiling I've become a form of myself Frozen and void Tear away my frozen external My desolate shell Cold waves Keep me I wait Drown with me

about

This is a demo of our very first three songs starting out as a band. This documents our early sound and influences from about 3 years ago. The lyrics cover themes of escaping self deprecation and exploring natural conflicting emotions through symbols in physical nature. We hope you guys enjoy!

We would like to send out an ENORMOUS thank you to John Haddad of Trench Studios for recording drums for us.
We'd also like to thank Joseph Gilley for providing us with a gorgeous painting for our demo cover that strongly reflects the themes in our music; Ashley Martinez for photographing Joseph's painting and editing our logo into the cover; and Kala Sneve for tracking vocals on "Where Ice Traps the Sea"
You all mean the world to us and we are so grateful to have you in our lives.
